What you will be doing
- Open, sort and grade incoming consignments by category and condition
- Record quantities and weights accurately for each grade
- Flag mixed, contaminated or misdescribed material before a price is agreed
- Explain the grading outcome to sellers clearly and calmly
- Keep the sorting area organised and safe
What we are looking for
- Able to read and record figures accurately
- Comfortable working on your feet through a full shift
- Honest and consistent — the same lot should grade the same on any day
- Basic Urdu and English; Punjabi or Pashto useful
- Prior experience with electronic scrap is an advantage, not a requirement

- Schedule collections from suppliers, shops and industrial units

Trading & Procurement Intern
A paid twelve-week placement across purchasing, grading and export, with a named supervisor and a written plan.
What you will be doing
- Support the purchasing team with seller inquiries and follow-ups
- Spend time on the floor learning material identification and grading
- Help maintain rate records and consignment data
- Assist with export documentation alongside the import and export team
- Present what you learned at the end of the placement
What we are looking for
- Studying or recently graduated in commerce, supply chain, electronics, IT or a related field
- Genuine interest in trading and the electronics recycling chain
- Willing to spend part of each week on the godown floor

Our training programme
Everyone who joins the floor starts on the same training path, whether they have worked in the trade before or not. It runs for roughly eight to twelve weeks, paid from day one, and is taught by the people who actually do the work.

Material identification
Learning to recognise every category we buy on sight — computer, server, printer, laptop, graphic card, hard disk, LAN, sound, LED, supply and mobile boards, plus RAM and processor types. This is the foundation for everything else.

Grading and assessment
How grade is actually judged: board density, component population, condition, contamination and mixing. Trainees grade real lots alongside a senior hand and compare results until they match consistently.

Weighing, sorting and record keeping
Running a consignment from arrival to final weight — separating by category, recording quantities accurately and preparing the figures the final price is calculated from.

Dealing with customers(sellers & buyers)
How to explain a grade and a price to the person selling it, in plain language, without an argument. Fair dealing is a skill, and it is taught.

Packing, loading and dispatch
Preparing bulk lots for transport, loading truckloads and containers safely, and the documentation that travels with a consignment.
