  • Able to read and record figures accurately

  • Honest and consistent — the same lot should grade the same on any day
  • Basic Urdu and English; Punjabi or Pashto useful
  • Prior experience with electronic scrap is an advantage, not a requirement

A paid twelve-week placement across purchasing, grading and export, with a named supervisor and a written plan.

  • Support the purchasing team with seller inquiries and follow-ups
  • Spend time on the floor learning material identification and grading
  • Help maintain rate records and consignment data
  • Assist with export documentation alongside the import and export team
  • Present what you learned at the end of the placement

A quién buscamos

  • Studying or recently graduated in commerce, supply chain, electronics, IT or a related field
  • Genuine interest in trading and the electronics recycling chain
  • Willing to spend part of each week on the godown floor
  • Basic computer skills

Nuestro programa de formación

Todos los que se incorporan a la planta empiezan por el mismo itinerario de formación, hayan trabajado antes en el sector o no. Dura aproximadamente de ocho a doce semanas, se paga desde el primer día y lo imparten las personas que hacen el trabajo de verdad.

    Identificación de materiales

    Aprender a reconocer a simple vista todas las categorías que compramos: placas de ordenador, servidor, impresora, portátil, tarjeta gráfica, disco duro, LAN, sonido, LED, fuentes de alimentación y móviles, además de los tipos de RAM y de procesador. Es la base de todo lo demás.

    Gradación y valoración

    Cómo se juzga de verdad la calidad: densidad de la placa, cantidad de componentes, estado, contaminación y mezcla. Los alumnos gradúan lotes reales junto a un compañero veterano y comparan resultados hasta que coinciden de forma constante.

    Pesaje, clasificación y registro

    Llevar un envío desde que llega hasta el peso final: separar por categorías, anotar las cantidades con exactitud y preparar las cifras con las que se calcula el precio final.

    Trato con clientes (vendedores y compradores)

    Cómo explicarle a quien vende una calidad y un precio con palabras sencillas y sin discusiones. Tratar con justicia es una habilidad, y se enseña.

    Embalaje, carga y despacho

    Preparar los lotes grandes para el transporte, cargar camiones y contenedores con seguridad y gestionar la documentación que acompaña a cada envío.
